Fred Russell, CPA, Founding Partner - Retired

Ronald A. Mainini, CPA, Managing Partner

A native of San Luis Obispo, Ron Mainini received his Bachelors degree at California Polytchnic State University.  His career in public accounting began at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in Orange County, California. After seven years of "Big Eight" experience, Ron left the firm as a tax manager specializing in real estate and partnership areas of tax compliance to relocate to San Luis Obispo. He left assisting many of the largest real estate developers in Southern California.  He also received his Masters in Taxation from USC prior to his relocation. Ron continues to focus in the tax compliance area emphasizing individual and small business planning issues after more than 25 years of practice.

Keith H. Franklin, CPA, JD, Partner

Tax attorney and CPA Keith Franklin brings a unique blend of talents and expertise to the firm. His extensive knowledge of estate planning and business formation, as well as IRS and FTB settlement and procedures, has gained local recognition among his peers. Keith has negotiated numerous settlements on behalf of clientele, and has represented clients in the U.S. Tax Court.  After spending several years with a regional firm in the Monterey Bay area, Keith received his Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University and his Juris Doctor from the Santa Barbara College of Law. Keith spends the remainder of his time practicing in the tax compliance and planning areas.
