Ronald A. Mainini, CPA, Managing Partner
A native of San Luis Obispo, Ron Mainini is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in public accounting. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and later received his Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Southern California.
Ron began his career with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (now Deloitte LLP) in Orange County, where he gained extensive experience working with a wide range of clients in the real estate and partnership tax sectors. During his seven years with the firm, he advanced to the position of Tax Manager, serving many of Southern California’s largest real estate developers and honing his expertise in complex tax compliance and planning strategies.
After returning to his hometown of San Luis Obispo, Ron founded his practice with a continued emphasis on tax compliance, planning, and consulting for individuals, small businesses, and partnerships. His deep technical knowledge and practical experience allow him to provide clients with clear, effective tax strategies that align with their personal and business goals.
Over the course of his career, Ron has built long-term relationships with his clients based on trust, responsiveness, and integrity. He takes pride in offering thoughtful, hands-on guidance to help clients navigate changing tax laws and plan for the future with confidence.
When he’s not in the office, Ron enjoys contributing to the local community, spending time with his family and five children, and taking advantage of all that the Central Coast has to offer.
Nicole L. Mainini, CPA, Partner
Nicole is a Certified Public Accountant and a proud graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where she earned both her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Science in Accounting. A San Luis Obispo native, Nicole is deeply connected to the Central Coast community she now serves.
Nicole began her career with Deloitte LLP, one of the world’s leading accounting and professional services firms, where she gained extensive experience in corporate and individual tax compliance and consulting. During her time with Deloitte in Southern California, she worked with a wide range of clients across industries, developing a strong foundation in complex tax planning, financial reporting, and client relationship management.
In 2018, Nicole returned to the Central Coast to continue her public accounting career closer to home. Over the past decade, she has built lasting relationships with her clients by providing proactive, personalized service and thoughtful financial guidance. Nicole takes pride in helping individuals and businesses navigate changing tax laws and make informed financial decisions with confidence.
Beyond her professional work, Nicole is passionate about giving back to her community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Woods Humane Society and participates in several local charitable and professional organizations.
Nicole is grateful to be practicing in her hometown, where she combines her technical expertise, local insight, and dedication to client success to make a meaningful difference in the community she loves.
